Osvaldo Bibaj is an attorney with extensive experience in criminal law, developed through both private legal practice and judicial service. He provides strategic legal representation and is committed to protecting the rights and interests of clients throughout every stage of criminal proceedings.
He graduated from the University of New York Tirana in 2017 and completed the School of Advocacy during 2017–2018, obtaining the professional qualifications required to practice law in Albania.
Osvaldo began his legal career at Kola & Associates Law Firm between 2018 and 2020, where he focused primarily on criminal law and legal representation. He later served as a Court Secretary at the Krujë Court from 2021 to 2022, gaining valuable experience in judicial procedures, court administration, and the practical application of Albanian criminal law.
Since rejoining Kola & Associates Law Firm in 2022, Osvaldo has continued to concentrate on criminal law, representing clients in criminal proceedings and providing professional legal defence with dedication, integrity, and a results-oriented approach.
