Dr. Erjon Marku

Erjon Marku is an attorney, legal scholar, and university lecturer with extensive experience in civil, criminal, European, and international law. He combines academic excellence with practical legal expertise, providing strategic legal advice and representation to both individuals and businesses.
He has been practicing law at Kola & Associates Law Firm since 2020 and has also served as an external lecturer at Aleksandër Moisiu University, where he has taught a variety of legal subjects at both bachelor’s and master’s levels.
Dr. Marku holds a Ph.D. in European Legislation from the University of Tirana and has completed advanced legal studies in Italy, including at La Sapienza University and Tor Vergata University in Rome. His academic and professional background has provided him with extensive knowledge in European legal systems, comparative law, and international legal practice.
In addition to his legal practice, he has authored and presented academic works on comparative law, migration policy, and Balkan regional issues. He has also completed specialized legal training through the Council of Europe HELP Programme and other leading professional institutions, reflecting his ongoing commitment to legal excellence and professional development.
