Vivien Kola is an attorney with an international academic background and extensive experience in commercial, cross-border, and international legal matters. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Tirana, followed by a Master of Science in Criminal Law from the same university. She later continued her legal education in Germany, obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property and IT Law from the University of Göttingen, where she developed advanced expertise in intellectual property, technology law, and international legal frameworks.
Vivien began her legal career at an international law firm in Tirana, focusing on commercial and corporate law. During this period, she advised businesses on a wide range of commercial transactions, contractual matters, and corporate legal issues, gaining valuable experience in cross-border business operations.
She currently serves as an Attorney at Kola & Associates Law Firm in Tirana, Albania, representing clients in diverse legal matters. In addition, she works closely with a partner law firm in Munich, Germany, assisting international clients and supporting cross-border legal transactions between Albania and European jurisdictions.
